Zema Logistics LLC is a privately held woman-owned business in Richmond, VA that was established in 2018. The founder and CEO of the company, Zema Urmantseva, has more than 20 years experience in logistics. Starting learning the process of importing and exporting  with the small company she moved to a different role as a Logistics Manager and then to an Import Manager with the larger company. Before starting the business she obtained relevant experience in Freight Brokerage as well as Customs Brokerage.
